TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Contractual Partner

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the customer and:

Hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”.

 

2. Subject of the Contract

The Provider offers digital products, services, and physical goods via an online shop.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital products (e.g. e-books, downloadable content)

  • Online workshops and courses

  • Coaching and consulting services

  • Personal consultations

  • Physical books

  • Cosmetic and hair care products (where applicable

3. Conclusion of the Contract

Contracts are concluded electronically via the online shop or through remote communication such as email or telephone.

The product listings constitute a non-binding invitation for the customer to submit an offer. A binding contract is formed once the Provider accepts the customer’s order.

Ordering Process via the Online Shop

  1. Selection of the product or service

  2. Adding items to the shopping cart

  3. Proceeding to checkout

  4. Entering billing and delivery information

  5. Selecting a payment method

  6. Reviewing the order

  7. Clicking the “Buy” button

  8. Order confirmation email

Orders may also be placed via email or telephone. A contract is concluded only upon explicit order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods or provision of the service.

Automated order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of the contract.

 

4. Contract Duration

Unless otherwise stated, contracts are concluded for a single delivery or service.

The total price consists of the product price plus applicable shipping costs.

 

5. Availability Reservation

The Provider reserves the right not to perform the service or deliver in the event of non-availability of the product or service.

 

6. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Return Costs

All prices are final prices.

In accordance with § 19 para. 1 UStG (small business regulation), no VAT is charged.

If the customer explicitly chooses an uninsured shipping option, shipping is at the customer’s own risk. In such cases, no liability is assumed for loss or damage during transport, and refunds or replacements are excluded.

Partial deliveries may incur additional shipping costs.

 

7. Payment Terms

The following payment methods are available (depending on checkout availability):

  • Advance bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (invoice / instant transfer)

  • Credit card

  • Other payment methods are displayed at checkout

 

Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

The customer is in default automatically after seven (7) days without further notice.

Offsetting claims or retention rights are excluded unless legally established or undisputed.

 

8. Delivery Conditions

Physical goods are shipped after confirmed receipt of payment.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Customers will be informed promptly of any delays or pre-order items.

 

 

9. Digital Products and Services

Digital products and services are provided immediately after payment unless stated otherwise.

By purchasing a digital product or service, the customer expressly agrees that:

  • The service begins immediately, and

  • The statutory right of withdrawal is waived pursuant to § 356 para. 5 BGB.

 

10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded.

 

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital products after access has been granted

  • Services that have been fully performed

  • Hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g. cosmetic products) once opened or used

 

11. Withdrawal Procedure

Withdrawal must be declared exclusively in writing via email to:

The withdrawal period begins:

  • For goods: upon receipt of the last item
  • For services: upon contract conclusion

Timely dispatch of the withdrawal notice is sufficient to meet the deadline.

 

12. Returns and Return Costs

Customers bear the direct costs of returning goods in accordance with § 357 para. 6 BGB.

Return shipping costs depend on destination and carrier and will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping costs already paid are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery.

No return labels are provided.

Only unused, unopened, and undamaged goods are eligible for return.

Opened or used products will not be refunded.

 

13. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

 

14. Unjustified Refunds and Chargebacks

In the event of an unjustified refund request, chargeback, or buyer protection claim, the Provider reserves the right to invoice the customer for all incurred costs, including:

Product value

  • Payment provider fees

  • Dispute handling fees

Invoices must be paid within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in further legal action.

 

15. Liability

Claims for damages are excluded unless caused by:

  • Intent or gross negligence

  • Injury to life, body, or health

  • Breach of essential contractual obligations

 

16. Assignment and Pledge Prohibition

Claims against the Provider may not be assigned or pledged without prior written consent unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated.


17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain unaffected.

Place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s registered business address, provided the customer is a merchant or legal entity.

 

18. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

19. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
