Returns & Refunds

Would you like to return your order or part of your order? Please review the following information carefully.

 

General Information

  • Unused and unopened physical goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • The return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer in accordance with § 357 para. 6 German Civil Code (BGB).

  • Opened, used, or damaged items are excluded from returns.

    If such items are returned, no refund will be issued. The customer may choose whether the item should be returned at their own expense or disposed of.

  • We do not provide return labels. Returns must be organised and prepaid sufficiently by the customer.

 

Exclusion of Returns for Digital Products & Services

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital products (e.g. e-books, downloadable content)

  • Online workshops

  • Coaching services

  • Consultations

  • Digital services or custom services

  • Immediately performed services

Once access to a digital product or service has been granted, no refund is possible.

By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that the service begins immediately and acknowledges the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

 

How to Return Physical Products

1. To initiate a return, please send an email to [your support email address] with the following information:

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the order

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for return (e.g. wrong item delivered, change of mind, defective item, other)

  • Product name(s) and quantity

Incomplete return requests may delay processing.

 

2. Packaging & Condition of Goods

  • Please package items securely to prevent damage during transport.

    The original packaging should be used whenever possible.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete returns will not be refunded.

 

3. Shipping the Return

  • Returns must be sufficiently prepaid.

  • Unpaid or underpaid parcels will not be accepted.

    If such a parcel is delivered, a fee of at least €10 will be deducted from the refund.

  • We strongly recommend insured shipping with tracking, as the customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

Processing & Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection of the returned goods.

  • Refunds are made using the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Additional Fees

  • Damaged or used goods: No entitlement to a refund.

    If you wish to have the item returned to you, reshipping can be arranged at your own expense.
